All orders are considered final upon submission and payment. Product returns to our company are not accepted. Refunds from our company are not made.
Clarifications
If the Customer is not satisfied with the purchase made, they have the right to contact us and we will do everything possible on our part to resolve any problem. However, if the customer's dissatisfaction is due to his own fault, e.g. wrong dimensions when purchasing the product, then our company has no responsibility for the order in question.
